Description

Do you know what's in your plate really matters ? Food is meant to heal. The right foods in their right quantities and timings helps us to manage a number of health issues and also to prevent a number of lifestyle diseases such as obesity, heart issues, high blood sugar and pressure etc.

Our body needs a balanced diet. Our plate should have right kind and quantity of carbs, protein, fiber and required vitamins and minerals. Unfortunately,most of our plates are imbalanced

Here, in the meal plate i took one wheat+ sattu parantha prepared in cow ghee (1 tsp) for carbs and healthy fats. Palak paneer (50g paneer, 200g palak) ,150g curd to meet my protein, fiber and micro-nutrients intake. Beetroot salad for antioxidant, minerals and fiber.

The motto is to "Eat right , not less" ❤
